On January 3rd, we gather under the first super full moon of the year to awaken our voices and intentions. This gentle, heart-opening cacao ceremony flows into guided vocal activation designed to clear old energy, expand your expression, and call in what you’re ready to create in 2026. Settle in, open your voice, and let the year begin from a grounded, luminous place.
We will open the circle by dropping into our hearts with the nourishing medicine of ceremonial cacao, allowing the body to soften and the senses to awaken. From this grounded place, Elsa will guide a visualization meditation, gently weaving in sound and voice to deepen connection and illuminate what’s ready to emerge.
The session will close with a guided voice activation practice—an invitation to explore what you want to express in the new year and how you’re ready to take up space. Using the voice as a pathway to truth, we’ll practice sounding, sharing, and embodying the unique gifts you’re here to offer.
No singing experience needed—just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to be heard.
To best enjoy cacao’s properties:
• Please avoid consuming caffeine after noon.
• Refrain from eating for at least 2 hours before the circle.
What to bring: Upon arrival you will be served tea. Mats and props are provided, but you may bring warm socks, a hot water bottle, or anything that helps you feel extra safe and cozy.
