From January onwards, the Myrunspiration RunClub will be hosted at the stunning Stretch & Fold - the perfect spot to bring wellbeing and movement together.

For our first 2026 run together, Stretch & Fold is offering a complimentary (free) Sauna session for us from 11:00-12:00!

Some details about the run:

10:00AM: Meetup at Stretch & Fold

10:05: Short Warm Up

10:10-11:00am: 7km run

11:00-12:00: Open Sauna! It's a special one - the studio reserves the sauna for us!!!

• Bring swimwear & a towel for the sauna

• Or, Towels available to rent at Stretch for €4
