FAQ

Classes & memberships

  • All classes and sauna sessions only require 1x credit each.

  • Follow the instructions in this guide to book classes for a friend.

  • Log into your account on the Bsport app, navigate to “bookings”, select your upcoming class, and press “cancel”. Please note the late cancellation period of 6hrs before the start of the class.

    If you cancel late you will lose the class credit. If you cancel late or no-show more than 2x times per month you will also incur an additional €10 cancellation fee.

  • No. You can also purchase Stretch & Fold class credits (1x, 5x package, or 10x package), or alternatively sign up via ClassPass or OneFit (but note that spaces are limited for these partners).  

  • A regular membership can be paused 3 months after starting. It can be paused for one full month at a time. It can be paused for a maximum of 2 months per year. Please send requests to info@stretchandfold.nl.

  • Cancelling a membership can be done with one month notice. No partial refunds will be made. Please send requests to info@stretchandfold.nl.

  • Yes, we have showers inside opposite our bathroom. And we have showers outside when you go for a sauna or a swim.

  • Yes, we provide yoga mats as well as all props you may need during your class (meditation cushions, bolsters, blocks etc.). You are also welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • All our classes are by default taught in English, and some teachers may switch to Dutch when there are only Dutch-speakers present.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your class. The door to the studio is locked at the class start time to create a peaceful atmosphere in arriving on the mat.

  • We do not allow phones inside the studio - please switch them off and leave them in the changing area.

Pool

  • No, our pool is available to everyone that has a table or seat on the outside terrace and has a pool pass. On summer days we recommend to book a table or seat on the outside terrace before you come.

    All of our Unlimited, Movement, and Sauna members swim for free.

    Non-members are able to purchase a pool pass at the bar in the cafe. Please ensure you wear your wristband while using the pool, and return it at the end of your swim. A pool pass costs €12,50 for non-members.

  • Terrace reservations (this includes “poolside, terrace, stairs or bench” on your booking options) of 2.5hrs can be made daily via our booking system.

    Poolside reservations cost €12.50 per person for non-members, and this includes your pool pass.

    For unlimited sauna or movement members: you will need an outside terrace reservation to use the pool as well but you’ll never pay for a pool pass. For you, the €12.50 is simply a prepayment for your food and drinks on the day.

  • The pool is for adults only (18+).

Sauna

  • Our full sauna rules can be found here.

  • Yes, the sauna can be booked with both of these partners as a separate activity.

  • Pool use comes included with every booked sauna session for the duration of the session. A booked sauna session does not include a seat on the terrace.

  • The sauna is for adults only (18+).

Café

  • Reservations can be made directly via our café booking system.

    For groups of more than 8 people please email your reservation request to cafe@stretchandfold.nl.

  • Yes, you can have a hearty daily meal and/or kimchi toastie after sauna or your class.

    From June we offer a more extensive bar menu from Thursday to Sunday 16:00-20:00.

  • We have a few dedicated tables / areas for laptops, with fewer spots available on Saturday and Sunday to ensure a relaxed atmosphere. Look for tables with a “laptop area” sign.

  • Yes, we allow dogs in the café. Please keep them on a lead and do not leave your dog unattended when joining a yoga class or sauna session.

Hosting

  • Our karma hosts all receive Stretch & Fold memberships in exchange for hosting either the sauna or the yoga studio. Karma hosts are also invited to certain events with the teacher team. Inquiries can be sent to info@stretchandfold.nl.
