Tash Richards
FOUNDER
Stretch and Fold founder, Yoga teacher and creator of gorgeous movement, food and creativity events.
In class Tash brings the vibes in her fluid yoga flows, encouraging students to really notice what their energy is calling for in the moment and how they can move in a way that feels natural, challenging, and ultimately joyful. You’ll leave class with a smile on your face every time.
What she loves most is to bring people together, to meet with friends old and new over delicious food and wine. Now she gets the pleasure of combining her passions in the form of Stretch and Fold as they build their vision of creating a physical studio in Amsterdam Noord.

Amber Boot

Born and raised “amsterdammer”, yoga teacher and medical doctor.
Amber let you meet your own body in a different way when you are on (and some times even of the mat). Using intelligence, knowledge from the brain in combination with your own felt experience.
It is not about what the yoga poses look like but the effects of the poses and how they feel throughout the day. Let’s find the owners manual to our body. There is no right or wrong in movement if you listen to what your body tells you. This leaves plenty of space for wonder, curiosity and exploration.

Anna Lendle
TEACHER
Anna’s love for yoga sparked when she left her hometown in southwest Germany for Berlin in 2015. Five years later, Anna went through a difficult period after moving to Amsterdam. Yoga became her sanctuary, helping her find balance and strength amid life’s chaos.
Fuelled by the desire to share this transformative practice with others, Anna became a certified yoga teacher—and brought yogamoksha to life. yogamoksha is a yoga experience that embodies her vision of a community where like-minded souls can gather, breathe and flow together. With a curious and playful attitude, she invites you to connect with your body, mind and what’s present.
Anna’s vinyasa classes are flowy and creative, intertwining traditional practice with modern movement. During her yin classes, she encourages you to fully let go of any tension and dive inward, leaving you feeling lighter. Because of her holistic approach —whatever the class— you will experience both the spirituality and joy that yoga has to offer.

Fay Cleaver
TEACHER
Surfing and teaching yoga in Morocco & Sri Lanka has taught Fay a slow way of living and a juicier connection with moving. She’s excited to bring a slice of this to Stretch & Fold this year, encouraging students to be inquisitive, explore as much as possible, and find a sense of space and freedom within the body.
Fay’s yoga classes are fluid, explorative and build deeper body awareness. She’s stoked about the ocean and this influences her teaching aswell, incorporating strenght and mobility that is beneficial for surfing.

Lino Miltenburg
TEACHER
Lino is a dedicated Yin Yoga instructor with a profound passion for creating a nurturing space where individuals can turn inwards and explore the potential of their bodies.
With a strong focus on a functional approach, he guides and supports practitioners in discovering poses that align with their unique anatomical variations.
As a committed student of osteopathy, Lino brings extensive knowledge of anatomy and a holistic philosophy to his teaching. This expertise enriches his practice, enabling him to offer a thoughtful Yin Yoga experience that emphasizes the interconnectedness of body and mind.

Lisanne Wiggers
TEACHER
A decade ago, Lisanne stumbled upon yoga in the loneliness of moving to Berlin alone, and it was love at first pose. In 2019, she chased that passion to Kerala, India, for her first teacher training. Throughout the chaos of the pandemic, Lis continued to share her yoga practice. Teaching in Berlin's studios, outdoor spaces, bringing zen to companies, and online classes became her norm.
Two years ago, Lisanne made her way back to Amsterdam, where she resumed her teaching journey. Early 2023, she added more tools to her teaching toolkit with a 100hr advanced teacher training and an 50hr Inside Flow certification. Now, Lisanne’s classes are all about creativity and playfulness, moving to the rhythm of our breath, and sometimes, to the beat of the music. She can't wait to meet you on the mat!

Lydia Sullivan

Lydia is a yoga teacher and Acupuncturist who weaves her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine into her classes.
Lydia loves to share tools on regulating the nervous system, supporting digestive issues and boosting immunity. Motivated by her own health struggles, Lydia hopes to empower her students to take control of their own health by integrating these tools into their daily lives.
