Join Nina and Elsa for a journey of deep connection, relaxation, and self-discovery. Connect with the sacred earth medicine of psilocybin while you move through a gentle flow of somatic movement and conscious breathwork. The entire evening will be guided by live music featuring guitar, drums, crystal bowls, harmonium, flutes, and voice.
Psilocybin in microdose form gently opens the senses and deepens emotional awareness. As the medicine softens the edges of ordinary perception, sound, touch, breath, and movement become gateways to insight, release, and presence. Together we step into a sacred space where everything is welcome—laughter, tears, silence, stillness. This is an invitation to remember yourself as part of the living web, where body, breath, and sound can guide you home.
The psilocybin microdose is handmade with care and reverence by Nanacatl Healing, honoring the ancient lineage of this sacred earth medicine. Learn more about their vision at www.nanacatlhealing.com.
Important:
Psilocybin microdosing is not suitable for everyone. Please do not participate if you are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking antidepressants, antipsychotics or mood stabilizers. This session is also not recommended for individuals with a history of psychosis or severe heart conditions.
If you’re unsure whether this is right for you, feel free to reach out for a personal check-in.
