Jewellery Making Workshop

  • Stretch and Fold 71 Papaverhof Amsterdam, NH, 1032 KJ Netherlands (map)

Wire wrapping is a jewellery making technique where a metal wire is shaped and wrapped around an object to turn it into a pendant. The wrapped item can then be used to create a necklace, a pair of earrings, or a keychain charm. Join us for a fun jewellery workshop open for all levels!

In this beginner-friendly workshop led by Noam Shamy, we will learn basic wire-wrapping techniques and how to use simple tools such as pliers and wire cutters. We’ll explore how to wrap and secure an object and how to bind the finished pendant into a wearable piece.

After the workshop, you’ll take home your own handmade jewelry.

We will have a variety of materials and objects to choose from, but you are welcome to bring an object you'd like to turn into jewelry, for example, seashells or rocks from your beach vacation, your birthstone, small electronics, or little figurines. It’s a nice opportunity to transform something with sentimental value into a wearable piece.

All materials are provided.

Tickets:

  • €30,5 (workshop only)

  • €45,5 (including our weekly meal)

Food: As Craft Club can be quite hands-on, we recommend enjoying your meal before the workshop so you can fully settle into the creative flow. You’re welcome to arrive early and order at the bar or pre-book your meal.
