Let’s gather for a little kitchen craft — a hands-on fermentation session where jars bubble with life. With gentle observation of seasonal vegetables, we’ll notice the quiet changes that come with time. It’s an act of slow living, a playful pause to connect, breathe, and savor the simple magic of food becoming something new.
Our in-house chef, Soyeon, will guide us into the art of fermentation, sharing homely know-how on how to preserve the season’s harvest and create nourishing, lacto-fermented flavors. You’ll learn simple ways to tuck away autumn’s bounty into delicious jars — and bring one home with you.
This evening is more than a workshop; it’s a soft pause in the chilly late-autumn days. With gentle breathing along simple cooking, and slow tasting with diverse textures, we’ll care for body and mind together. Think of it as a small meditation — beginning at your fingertips, your breath, and the tip of your tongue — bringing a warm, grounding close to your midweek.
