Spring Equinox: Gong Bath & Cacao Ceremony

  • Stretch and Fold 71 Papaverhof Amsterdam, NH, 1032 KJ Netherlands (map)

An immersive experience to reset, tune in & open the heart.

The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance between light and darkness, a powerful threshold for renewal and new beginnings. You are warmly invited to Spring Equinox: Gong Bath & Cacao Ceremony, a 90-minute immersive journey to reconnect, reset, and realign.

Honoring the Mayan cosmovision, we begin with ceremonial cacao, enhancing presence, intention, and clarity. This opening invites reflection and integration of the learnings from the winter left behind. From there, you’ll be guided into a deep gong bath, where expansive sound vibrations move through the body, supporting release, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.

By weaving intention, cacao, and sound, this ceremony creates space to let go of what no longer serves and welcome the energy of spring with openness and balance. Allow the vibrations to carry you inward and step forward feeling grounded, renewed, and aligned.

Carolina is compassionate, kind, and deeply curious about exploring all that life has to offer. She is a full-time yoga teacher and sound healer, dedicated to supporting others on their path toward inner stillness.

What to bring: upon arrival you will be served tea. Mats and props are provided, but you may bring warm socks, a hot water bottle, or anything that helps you feel extra safe and cozy.

Tickets:
Early bird: €35.00
Regular: €45.00

Refund policy: limited spots available. We do not offer refunds but you can pass on your spot to a loved one. Come with an open heart and leave with a refreshed spirit.

About Carolina

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Carolina has traveled the world studying mind–body techniques and immersing herself in indigenous wisdom to support people’s well-being and help them reconnect with their true nature.

Along the way, she was introduced to Tibetan sound healing, and since then has been weaving together chakra theory, sound meditation, and yoga into her work.

She travels yearly to Central America to deepen her connection with cacao and continue her studies in Mayan Cosmovision, a philosophy and ritual tradition she loves sharing and honoring.

Her ceremonies and practices are characterized by a loving, vibrant approach, creating unique and deeply nourishing experiences.
