Monday June 23rd, 13:30-14:30 – Visualization and Journaling
Instructor: Sophie Luckett

A beautiful awakening practice to connect within & shape your intentions for the week ahead. A space for you to be with yourself, come into your body & connect with your subconscious. Dropping down in this way, we create the opportunity to find alignment on our path & clarity with our vision.


Wednesday June 25th, 10:30-11:30 – Breathwork
Instructor: Ramon Kinkel 

Slow down, breathe and create space. During this class, you will be guided through a conscious circular breathing practice. Conscious circular breathing is a powerful practice that helps us to get out of our minds and into our bodies. It helps us to become free from buildup tensions and stress, gives a boost to our immune system and improves our sleep. We’ll start with some stretching and movement, followed by a few rounds of circular breathing and end with deep relaxation. Level class: all levels - basic Contra indications: epilepsy / psychosis. If you are pregnant, or you have high blood pressure, inform the teacher before the start of the class. These are not contra indications but we will give you some custom instructions.


Friday June 27th, 18:30-19:30 – Intuitive Dance
Instructor: Siena Ciancia

A guided session to explore movement from within. Connect deeply with your body and listen to its wisdom. This dance flow allows you to embody your inner worlds, holding space for authentic expression and discovering the power of flow in a supportive environment. Open for all levels, this class deepens body awareness, releases tension, and nurtures creativity and freedom. Discover your unique way of moving, expressing, and sharing in a journey of self-discovery and connection. Creating poetry through movement.


Sunday June 29th, 15:30-16:30 – Strength and Conditioning
Instructor: Yb Bamberg

Build strength and flexibility with this powerful and dynamic class. A strength and conditioning session combining strength training and light cardiovascular conditioning to improve overall fitness and performance. These classes typically incorporate resistance training using equipment like small weights, or resistance bands, and cardiovascular exercises. The goal is to enhance strength, endurance, power, and overall mobility.
