Spring Moon Sound Healing

  • Stretch and Fold 71 Papaverhof Amsterdam, NH, 1032 KJ Netherlands (map)
Sound healing sound of Kala

“You are holding all the answers within yourself and it is my mission to facilitate a space for you to uncover them.”

With the arrival of spring, nature awakens and new cycles begin. Join Kala for a 90-minute sound healing to align with this energy of growth and renewal. Immersed in the sounds of crystal alchemy bowls and channeled voice, you will be guided on an inward journey to plant new seeds of intention and open to fresh vitality.

Each instrument activates a different part in your body and brain. Each bowl is made of 99.99% quartz crystal and infused with a specific gemstone, mineral, or precious metal that carries a distinct healing quality. The frequencies support the brain to shift into a meditative state, allowing deep relaxation, reset, and cellular healing.

The soundscape and your intention together create fertile ground for renewal. Let the vibrations move through you, nourishing your body, heart, and spirit as you step into a new season.
