After dinner, drift into a deep sound healing journey that soothes body and mind. A gentle, heart-opening way to end the day together.

Open your heart and connect with love, compassion, and joy in this sound healing class focused on the Anahata Chakra. Using resonant instruments and gentle guidance, you will experience a receptive music therapy technique called imagery designed to open and balance the heart chakra. Through soothing vibrations and a powerful visualization practice, you’ll release emotional blocks, invite deeper self-love, and cultivate harmony within.
