GUTS is a half-day grounding experience centered around the topic of gut health.
This event combines education, hands-on learning, movement, nourishment, and relaxation to provide guests with both knowledge and practical tools to support their digestive and overall health.
Designed to be calm, grounding, and community-oriented, our goal is to connect with our bodies, with the topic of wellness, and with each other. Open to anyone interested in gut health and wellbeing. Guests can attend solo, with a partner, or with friends.

Emili Dimova Emili is a certified health coach focused on holistic wellness, helping women reconnect with their bodies through mindful living. She supports physical, mental, and spiritual well-being while guiding clients to trust their body’s innate wisdom and fostering community through meaningful connections. Coco Junge Coco is an Amsterdam based culinary creative, designing dinners and events that highlight sources of nourishment. Tash Richards Tash is a co-founder at Stretch & Fold. Her classes are an open invitation to question old patterns and to kindle a curiosity within your own practice.
