A gentle and powerful workshop rooted in art and self-expression where you can reflect, release and reimagine. This is a community nurturing space to explore your creative energy with care, and to consciously let go of the internal blocks that keep it from fully flowing.
Using guided journaling, symbolism, and collage-making, we’ll invite clarity and softness around the past. This process activates your creative center where emotions, pleasure, sensuality, and imagination live: as we tune into the Sacral space, we invite more flow, clarity, and joy into our artistic expression.
The evening will be guided by Elena, founder of Brain Bright and This Is Not a Vulva, two creative projects rooted in healing, embodiment, and self-discovery. Through movement, art and storytelling, she invites people to see themselves through a new lens, one that honors sensuality, softness, and strength. Her workshops are designed to mindfully shift perception, unlock inner power, and reconnect with creativity in a deep and nourishing way.
You don’t need any art experience, just come as you are. All materials are provided, just bring scissors (magazines if you'd like and some friends too!)
