Each workshop features a different pasta shape from a specific Italian region, offering the chance to discover not only new techniques, but also the rich stories, history, and culture behind them.

Food: We will be serving our new evening menu, filled with shared plates and dips. You can order directly at the bar on the day, from 16:00 until 20:00!
