The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a time to embrace the darkness as a place of renewal and reflection. During this sacred juncture, we welcome the return of the light both around us and within. Through the heart-opening medicine of cacao, guided deep relaxation, and intention setting, we’ll reconnect to our inner weather and nourish the seeds of what wants to grow next.
This ceremony weaves together gentle rituals of meditation, mudra, intentional journaling, and deep rest, to support you in moving through life with more clarity, connection, and grace.

WHAT TO BRING
To fully embrace the gentle energy of cacao, we recommend arriving with an empty belly. Please bring a journal and pen, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cozy—such as a sweater or warm socks. Mats, pillows, and tea will be provided.

About Alicia & Jennifer
Alicia is an experienced guide in deep relaxation and inner connection. With a background in yoga nidra, meditation, and conscious breathwork, she creates transformative spaces for restoration and self-discovery, always with warmth and precision.
Jennifer has been guiding cacao ceremonies for several years, creating spaces of connection, reflection, and deep listening. She completed an immersive cacao training with Britta Waechter and a Reiki training, both of which inform her approach to working with cacao as a sacred ritual.
Together, they combine years of experience in cacao ceremonies, yoga nidra, and intuitive practices. Their collaboration, rooted in a shared passion for meaningful rituals, builds on the success of last year’s sold-out session, inviting you into a space of clarity, renewal, and heartfelt intention.
