Learn the art of bleach dying and give life to some of your old clothing in this workshop led by multi-media artist Nikko Axzul.
Bored of an old shirt, don’t love the colour of a pair of pants but love the way they fit? Want to add a unique, one of a kind feel to your closet? Help save the world and learn how to up-cycle your clothes. Together you will learn a few bleach dying techniques to create unique patterns, and discover how to use found objects as stencils and patterns.
What you need to bring:
2-4 items of clothing (organic and dark colored garments dye best, such as cotton and denim). Any form of garment will do… shirts, pants, hats, overalls, tote bags, etc.
A plastic bag to transport your wet garments back home!
This workshop will last 1 hour and you can choose between two time slots: 18:30-19:30 or 19:45-20:45.
Feel free to enjoy the terrace and indoor cafe before or after your session. We will be serving food and drinks as always!
