A moment to gather with friends and slip into the golden pocket of time when the workday ends and life begins. It’s less about the drink in your hand and more about the connection in your circle. The chin-chin of glasses, delicious bites, the hum of conversation, and the feeling of easing into the evening.

An afternoon ritual from Italian culture, Aperitivo Hour is a “little holiday” each day to warm the atmosphere, let conversations flow, and gently open your heart (and appetite) for the night ahead.

The meaning of aperitivo comes from the verb aprire, “to open”, and we keep our doors wide open to you.

When: Every Friday from 17:00 - 22:00

Where: Stretch & Fold café and rooftop poolside terrace

Local DJs: To set a fresh weekly rhythm, a different local collective will curate the soundscape, inviting you to unwind, connect, and linger just a little longer.

Food & Drink: Our bar will be serving our full seasonal menu, along with some tasty bites so come hungry.
