Step into a silky, floury world of pastry magic this late November with our cooking craft club.

We’ll create delicate pastries filled with taro, sweet potato, and velvety soy cream—a nod to the root vegetables of the season.

No experience needed—everyone is welcome! These pillowy, cozy pastries are simple to make without kneading, yet each one is unique in shape and flavor, crafted by your own hands.

Together, Soyeon and Ting from Sumerie (a Rotterdam-based food studio focused on soy products and tofu) will guide you in celebrating the harvest and the moon, sharing warmth, laughter, and the simple joy of creating.

Come curious, leave inspired, and take home a taste of autumn and winter in pastry form.
