Lino printing (linocut) is a versatile relief-printmaking technique in which artists carve designs into linoleum blocks, ink the raised surface, and transfer the image onto paper through hand pressure or a press. This advanced workshop is designed for participants who have either completed our introductory session or have prior experience with linocut.

We’ll explore more refined carving methods, multi-layer or multi-colour approaches, and strategies for developing a cohesive print concept. Participants are encouraged to arrive with a project idea or a work-in-progress they’d like to develop further.

Together, we will refine designs, carve with precision, and experiment with printing on a range of papers. You’ll leave the session with an evolved print and expanded technical skills to apply in your own practice.

All tools and materials will be provided.

Food: We will be serving our evening menu, filled with shared plates and dips. You can order directly at the bar on the day, from 16:00 until 20:00!
